If you’re not quite ready to join a programme, you can begin by exploring Lucy’s free content, joining the community or attending one of her free events. If you’re ready for a deeper level of transformation and support, Self Love Club is Lucy’s signature programme and takes you through her complete self-love framework.

Lucy’s work has evolved from predominantly 1:1 coaching into creating transformational group spaces where people can learn, connect and grow together.

Lucy is therefore not currently offering ongoing 1:1 coaching packages.

Within some programmes, you may receive individual support from one of Lucy’s carefully selected and personally trained coaches, while Lucy leads the teaching, group sessions and wider experience.

Any opportunities to work directly with Lucy on a 1:1 basis will be clearly advertised when available.

Self Love Club is Lucy’s signature nine-month transformational programme, designed to take you on a journey back to yourself using Lucy’s Seven Steps to Self Love and years of teaching, coaching and lived experience.

Conscious Conversations is a weekly online space for open-minded conversation, connection and exploration. Topics can span personal growth, spirituality, consciousness, wellbeing and what is happening in the world around us.

Soul School is Lucy’s immersive in-person experience — an opportunity to step away from everyday life and into a beautiful space of connection, meditation, breathwork, reflection and transformation.

You don’t need to have completed one to experience another.

Both.

Many of Lucy’s programmes and communities are delivered online, meaning you can join from wherever you are in the world.

Lucy also creates in-person experiences throughout the year, including Soul School, where the emphasis is on stepping away from the noise of everyday life and experiencing the work together, in the room.

Each programme or event page will clearly explain exactly how and where it is delivered.

Using Lucy’s Seven Steps to Self Love, you’ll explore everything from nourishing your body and environment to relationships, mindset, language, movement, consistency and soul connection.

This isn’t about becoming a different version of you. It’s about remembering who you are underneath everything you’ve learned, carried and believed you needed to be.

Self Love Club is a nine-month journey.

We intentionally take our time. Real transformation isn’t about racing through information; it’s about having the space to learn, implement, reflect and begin creating lasting change in your everyday life.

Each month focuses on a different area of self-love, with the journey building as you move through the programme.

Throughout your nine months, you’ll receive access to Lucy’s Self Love Club teachings and resources, regular group coaching and connection calls, weekly support and inspiration within the community, and access to the private Self Love Club group.

You’ll also have access to Lucy’s coaching team, giving you additional support as you move through your journey.

Everything has been designed to give you both the tools and the space to actually use them.

Yes.

Every person who joins Self Love Club is allocated a Self Love Club Coach who will work with them every month for the duration of the programme. 

You will receive one hour dedicated per month with a coach.

You will also receive unlimited support in the Facebook group from Lucy and all of the coaches.

Our coaches have been carefully selected and work alongside Lucy and the Self Love Club framework to support you with whatever may be coming up during your journey.

Yes — Self Love Club is very much led by Lucy.

Lucy delivers the core teachings, group work and guidance throughout the programme, supported by her coaching team and the wider Self Love Club community.

Lucy is not currently offering ongoing private 1:1 coaching as part of Self Love Club, but you will experience her work and guidance throughout your nine-month journey.

Please don’t worry.

We know that life, work and family commitments mean you won’t always be able to attend everything live. Where appropriate, calls and teachings are recorded and made available for you to catch up.

You can therefore move through Self Love Club in a way that works alongside your life.

There is no ‘behind’ in Self Love Club.

You may move quickly through some areas and spend much longer with others. You may revisit teachings several times as different things begin to land.

This is your journey.

Take what you need, when you need it, and allow yourself to experience the programme without turning your self-development into another place where you put pressure on yourself.

No. Self Love Club is a personal development and coaching programme and is not a substitute for therapy, medical care or professional mental-health support.

Our team will always encourage you to seek appropriate professional support where something falls outside the scope of coaching.

Self Love Club is for anyone who knows there is more of themselves waiting to be discovered.

You may have spent years putting everybody else first. You may feel disconnected from yourself, stuck in your head, unsure what you actually want or simply ready for your next chapter.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

You just need to be willing to begin.

Absolutely.

You are not the same person you were the first time you experienced Self Love Club, which means the work often lands completely differently when you return to it.

We love welcoming previous members home. Details of any returning-member opportunities will be shared when enrolment opens.

Self Love Club is a nine-month programme and your enrolment represents a commitment to the full programme, whether you choose to pay in full or via a payment plan.

You will receive access to programme content from the beginning of your membership. Your cancellation rights, including those relating to immediate access to digital content, are explained in full in the Terms & Conditions provided when you enrol.

When you enrol in Self Love Club online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with your applicable statutory rights.

If you have paid in full and choose to cancel after the applicable cooling-off period, payments are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

If you have chosen the monthly payment option, you may cancel your membership before your next scheduled payment. Once your cancellation has been processed, no further payments will be taken and your access will end at the end of your current paid month.

Conscious Conversations is Lucy’s weekly online space for curious, open-minded people who love exploring life beyond the surface.

Each week we come together for conversation around subjects that may include consciousness, spirituality, personal development, energy, wellbeing, relationships, current events and the world around us.

No two conversations are quite the same — and that’s exactly the point.

Conscious Conversations takes place online each week, usually on a Monday.

Details of each call and how to join are shared with members.

There is no test, no required belief system and no expectation that everybody in the room agrees.

Come with curiosity, an open mind and a willingness to explore different perspectives.

You’re welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels comfortable. Some people love joining the conversation; others prefer to listen and absorb.

Where appropriate, calls are recorded so members who cannot attend live can catch up afterwards.

Because this is also a community space where members may share personal experiences, we ask everyone to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.

It’s an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and intentionally create space for you.

Through meditation, breathwork, conversation, reflection, connection and powerful personal-development work, Lucy creates an environment where you can reconnect with yourself and explore what you want the next chapter of your life to look and feel like.

Every Soul School is created as an experience rather than simply an event.

Across our time together, you can expect a combination of teaching, meditation, breathwork, reflection, conversation, exercises and beautiful community connection.

There will be moments to go inward and moments to connect with the people around you.

Come prepared to participate — but also to listen to yourself.

Absolutely not.

You can arrive at Soul School having followed Lucy for years or having only just discovered her work.

Everything you need will be explained and guided during the experience.

Absolutely — and many people do.

You may arrive alone, but you’ll be stepping into a room filled with people who have made the same decision to give themselves this time.

Community and connection are a huge part of Soul School, and the environment is intentionally created to help you feel welcome.

Soul School is an in-person experience, with the location confirmed for each individual event.

Full venue details, timings and everything you need to prepare will be provided before you attend.

Most importantly, bring yourself and an open mind.

Any practical information about clothing, journals, refreshments or anything else you may need will be sent to you ahead of the event.

We want you to be able to arrive, settle in and immerse yourself fully in the experience.

Soul School is a personal-development and wellbeing experience. While the work can invite deep reflection and emotion, it is not therapy and does not replace medical, psychological or other professional support.

You are always encouraged to honour your own boundaries and participate at a level that feels appropriate for you.

That’s completely understandable.

Walking into a room of people you don’t know and giving yourself permission to explore something deeper can feel like a big step.

You don’t need to arrive confident, healed, spiritual or with everything figured out.

Just arrive as you are.

Tickets for Soul School are non-refundable.

As this is an in-person event with venue and event costs committed to in advance, we’re unable to offer refunds if you are no longer able to attend.

Please make sure you are happy with your booking and able to attend the event before purchasing your ticket.

If you are unable to attend and would like somebody else to take your place, please contact our team before the event.

Where possible, we will be happy to transfer the name on your booking to another attendee, subject to the terms of your booking.

In the unlikely event that Soul School needs to be cancelled or postponed by us, we will contact all ticket holders directly with details of the options available.

When you are booking a 1-2-1 coaching call with either Lucy Davis or one of the Self Love Club Coaches, once a date and time has been agreed for your session, you are required to make full payment at least 24 hours before the session date. If payment is not received by this time, your session will be cancelled.

Regardless of if you are booking a 1:1 coaching session or are due to attend a coaching session which is part of a programme you are enrolled on , If you need to change your coaching session time or date you must give at least 24 hours’ notice unless there is an exceptional circumstance. What is seen as an exceptional circumstance will be at the coach’s discretion.

Regardless of if you miss a 1:1 coaching session or a coaching session which is part of a programme you are enrolled on, if you do not show up for your coaching call you will not receive a refund and the session will not be rescheduled for you.
